Deep Cleansing and Solid Beginning

This is our 1 on 1 Intensive work to get you an authentic sense of self and a deeper sense of meaning for your life. We begin with several assessments, to get the lay of your personal mind scape. Then, we work together weekly discussing tools for your personal development and strategizing a personalized forward trajectory (direction) for you. To get the most out of our coaching time together, there will frequently be exercises to do outside our calls that will deepen your relationship to yourself and your experience of your life. We will work together for 6 months, clearing out the negative belief patterns and stories that are holding you back. At the conclusion of our time together, a personalized action plan with a record of our breakthroughs during our work will be provided.

This container is more appropriate for folks that have more issues holding them back, including trauma, negative belief patterns, serious wounding, or are neurospicy.
